Personal Statement: A hard-working, confident, outgoing and responsible person

who has got a scholarship for high achievers and who is still working on her bachelors
degree in Applied English Linguistics. Having passion and good ability to accurately
translate texts and documents from English to Arabic and vice versa. In addition, likes to
work and communicate effectively with other people and able to work under stress.

Attended a talk on Native Speaker Bias in Language Learning.

A 15-minute presentation about using Coursera in the classroom, its advantages
and its disadvantages.
A 30-minute presentation about the difference between a CV and a cover letter
and how to write them.
Created a professional short quiz on Google Docs and Survey monkey about
CALL course.
Designed a two-hour lesson plan for intermediate students focusing on improving
their writing and listening skills.
Designed a personal website on Weebly for academic purposes.
