PLANUREX 3
PLANUREX stands for a new generation of extremely high
performance planetary gear units for a wide range of
applications. Their high efficiency level and compact
design allow high torques to be achieved in a small space.
PLANUREX offers a complete, fully standardised portfolio
of planetary gear units, combined with optimised delivery
times, an outstanding price/performance ratio and a high
degree of modularity.
In the torque range between 80,000 and 5,450,000 Nm,
PLANUREX hits the optimum point between power density, plant availability and cost. You can tell how much
you can trust in the reliability of PLANUREX 3 just from the
warranty extended by 12 months.

FLENDER planetary gear units have an extremely low power to weight ratio and are particularly suitable where

PLANUREX 2 are the biggest selling industrial planetary

gear units in the world. Not only have they proven themselves in numerous applications over many years under
the widest range of conditions, but have set standards
worldwide particularly because of their high quality.

With the FLENDER SIP range, we have succeeded in giving

the product maximum flexibility. With a wide transmission
ratio spectrum, many different types of drive shaft, compliance with the most important motor standards and a
wide variety of add-on parts, the range is ideally equipped
on the application side to be used under all possible
conditions.

The finely graduated series covers a nominal torque range

of up to 1,680,000 Nm. 13designs, 21 sizes and large
variety of types using different drive shafts, motor conformities and application-specific add-on parts, by means
of power splitting and the ability to position the motor
axially and coaxially, cover a wide range of possible
applications.

With FLENDER SIP we offer you a wide variety of high
