Further to discussion with you, we are pleased to give the following work for Flat A-105
& A-801, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein:
Scope of Work: Scope of work water proofing for Flat A-105 & A-801 to solve the
leakage issue as described in your quotation
1) Amount: Rs 68000/Payment terms: A rentation of Rs 5000/- and will be released 1 St Oct 2016 .
Advance Payment of Rs 20000/-. The Balance payment will made after after
satisfactory completion of the work .
2) Warranty / Guarantee : Five Year
3) Safety Condition: You will abide by the safety condition as per the attached
annexure.
4) Completion of the work: You are given 10 days to complete the job or else a 5%
fine levied on delayed work.
Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this as a token of your acceptance.

SAFETY ANNEXURE

A) Your scope of work shall be:

1 Water proofing of flat A-105 and A-801- Interior and Exterior.
2 Scope of work as described in your quotation.
3 Skilled labor
4 Supervisor
5 You will provide all safety equipment required to your workers.
6 Your labour should be equipped with proper safety devices life fall arresters, hard
hats, shoes, uniform and other safety devices deemed appropriate for such a work.
7 Workmen to be covered under Compensation Policy at your cost.
8 You shall comply with all other statutory requirements for your workforce
including gate passes, entry permits & regulations.
9 You shall only be exclusively responsible to meet at your cost any safety
requirement.
10 You shall also ensure have a proper Labour License and Maintain proper Labour
