We refer to your quotation and subsequent negotiations, we are pleased to award you the above mentioned Sub-Contract Works, subject to the following terms and congitions:~ ‘SCOPE OF WORK a. The Sub-Contractor shall execute, complete and maintain the Sub-Contract ‘Works as generally described in the Bills of Quantities and the Letter of Award ‘annexed hereto all in accordance with the contract drawings and specification ‘and to the satisfaction of the Main Contractor and the Client, including the preparation, submission and obtaining approvals of setting out drawings, as buit drawings, material samples, testing and commissioning of the completed services to the satisfaction of the Main Contractor and the Client. '. The Sub-Contractor shall also handover all the works to the Main Contractor or the Client before the completion date. ©. The Main Contractor will provide all survey setting out drawings and as buitt drawings both of which must be endorsed by a icensed surveyor after each stage of works (if necessary). However the Sub-Contractor must assist during the preparation of the same and ensure that the setting out and as built drawings are accurate. 2 CONTRACTOR'S FACILITIES ‘a. All constructional plant and equipment required for proper execution and ‘completion of the Sub-Contract Works shall be provided by the Sub-Contractor. 'b. The Main Contractor may permit the Sub-Contractor for the purpose of execution ‘and completion the Sub-Contract works to use his constructional plant as is from time to time provided by the Main Contractor at the site, subject to the Sub- Contractor agreeing to pay the hiring charges. = Letter of Award (cont'd)
