4. Please check the power connection wire when installing the dryer. It may become
loose after transportation. Pay attention to the following:
1) Rated voltage should be within 5 .

and line length.
Please pay attention to the power phase sequence if the vortex type compressor is used in the dryer.

5. The cooling water shall be with a pressure between 0.2 Mpa -0.4Mpa and a
temperature less than 32. Install a water filter at the inlet to prevent
from the condenser being rusty or jammed.
6. The pipeline filter is suggested to be equipped at the inlet of the dryer to
prevent the solid impurities with a size bigger than 3um and oil from
polluting HECH copper tube surface. This case may affect heat-exchanging
ability.
Attention
Do use7~8 three core round sheath cable to connect the cable thread, and
make sure it is reliable grounded. The power shall meet the requirement.
4. When fixing the timer, the left side knob sets up the time interval, the
right side knob sets up the discharge time. The user should make the
adjustment according to the climate and the working condition.

If the low pressure gauge reading is zero, the refrigerant has been leaked.
Please contact the manufacturer to solve it.
2).Examine the power voltage to see if it is normal.
3). Check the pipeline. The inlet air pressure should not be higher than
working pressure. And its temperature should not be higher than the set
value while selecting this type.
4). As to the dryer with a capacity of 30 m3/min and higher, it must be
heated (put through the power, the heater is heated automatically) for
more than 8 hours before using for the first time, by ensuring the
temperature
in
the
oil
compressed
engine
is
higher
than
ambient
Attention
If the compressor engine oil heater doesnt work before starting,
the compressor will be damaged. If your operation doesnt apply to our
instruction, the free maintenance will not be offered.
5). As to the water-cooled dryer, please check the cooling water supply is
correctly connected with the condenser. Its pressure is 0.2Mpa-0.4Mpa and
temperature should be less than 32.

4 Check the compressor works normally without any noises. As to R407C
refrigerant, the normal reading range of the refrigerant LP pressure is between
0.3 and 0.5MPa.
5 If everything is normal, open the air compressor and the inlet and outlet
check valve to transmit the compressed air into the dryer; and meanwhile close
the by-pass valve. At this moment, the air outlet pressure will be showed by
the air pressure gauge.
6 Observe the working performance for 5 to 10minutes,the designed 2-10

pressure dew point can be reached. And meanwhile, the normal high pressure and
low pressure of refrigerant reading are as below.
Low pressure of refrigerant: 0.30.5MPa
High pressure of refrigerant: 1.21.8MPa
7Open the copper ball valve on the automatic drainage slowly to discharge all
the condensed water.
Attention
When the ambient temperature is quite low in the winter, please open
the dryer before opening the cooling waters inlet and outlet valve.
The counter-flow of the compressed air is forbidden. Otherwise, the
evaporatorwill be damaged.
Attention
Open the discharger of the condenser to eliminate all the water
when the machine doesnt work.

For the first time, please wash the tubes for 20 minutes by the
compressed air under the standard working condition before installing
the drainage.

If the cooling water is too dirty, the electronic drainer may leak and
the electromagnetic valve can not close wholly. This problem can be solved
by the following method:
(1)
Press the test button (TEST) repeatedly until it becomes normal (it is very
effective to most block.).
(2)
If the above method can't be effective, open and clean the electromagnetic
valve.
4 Supposing another drainage valve is equipped,
ensure its
work at least

Do clean the drainage by suds. Gasoline, toluene, spirits of turpentine or other
erodent are prohibited to be used.

Besides the above, the manual adjustments may be taken under some certain
conditions. Due to the changed working condition, some refrigeration parts are
broken. The dryer can work but the result is not quite good.
The dryer is furnished with the adjustable hot air by-pass valve which can
be automatically adjusted according to its load. If the valve must to be

adjusted, first turn on the cap nut in the top of hot air by-pass valve, then
revolves the valve lever with spanner, Clockwise rotation enlarges opens,
counterclockwise rotation reduces opens, the turning range shall be 1/41/2
circle at one time. After operating this equipment for 35 minutes, check the
performance. Do it repeatedly till it gets the normal function.
Since the whole system of the dryer is complicated and complete, we shall
consider and check the whole system if there is any problem. Meanwhile, we
shall pay attention to the refrigeration system when doing the maintenance.
Otherwise the refrigerant leakage may be caused.
