Gynecological history

As the patient recalled, she had her first menstrual period at the age of 11 y.o. Her
menstrual cycle is regular and arrives usually at the 25 th to 28th day of the month. It
usually last 3-5 days. She has no severe pain during menstruation with only mild to
moderate cramps on the 1st day and usually relieved by pain medication. She recalls
no vaginal bleeding in between menses and post coital bleeding. She recalled
having an episode of vaginal itching and discharge where she was prescribed with
anti-fungal medications. Her last sexual contact as she remembered was 10 years
ago. She did not use any contraceptive medications.
