I/ We refer to the Contract To Purchase and wish to inform you that
I/we wish to cancel my/our purchase of the Unit.
I/we wish to request for refund of the Purchase Price paid to you,
subject to payment of a sum of RM500.00 to you as administrative
charges and an additional 3% on the payment made for credit card
charges, if applicable, and I/we hereby authorize you to deduct that
sum from the Purchase Price to be refunded to me/us.
