‘The Master of Human Capital Management (MHCM) programme prepares students to be strategic and tactical
Contributors in their organizations and achieve success as HR management professionals. Coursework, taught from
the practitioner's perspective, Focuses on applying HR competencies to real-world challenges and opportunities
‘The programme strives to achieve the following objectives:
+ Creating knowledgeable managers and executives in the theoretical and technical aspects of HCM.
+ Developing the capability of managers to integrate HR technology and psychological aspects of HM,
* Promoting and developing responsible managers who will lead thelr organizations toward the creation of an
excellent working environment.
~ Enhancing knowledge and confidence levels among managers in various aspects (legal, managerial, technological,
etc) of HEM who wll strengthen the efficiency of HCM in their respective organizations.
+ Enhancing the HCM skills of managers that would allow them to gain recognition both locally and internationally
‘Admission Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requierements:
+ Agood Bachelor's degree with honours recognised by the University senate or its equivalent qualification,
+ Minimum ofl year working experience (applicable to part-time candidates only),
+ Good command of the English Language. Overseas applicant are required to furnish English test result such as.
TOEFL, IELTS or MUET.
+ Successfully attended an interview, when required by the University.
+ Required to show proof of competency inthe English Language with the English Test Certificate such as TOEFL and
IELTS. Minimum score for TOEFL (550/213), IELTS (Band 6) However this requirement is waived for applicants from
Countries using English as a medium instruction, (international Student)
