Muffled beats, unusual instruments, New Wave synthesizers and tempo
changing are just some of the ingredients used by Rockeluche, an alternative rock band founded by musician Billy Monteiro in Belem (Amazon, Brazil) in 2013. The project, which emerged as a home-recording side project, seeks to bring different feelings for those who listen to it, going sometimes from an organic sound to an electronic one In the early days the concerts was played only by Billy, who sang, played guitar and used his electronic equipments. Nowadays, Rockeluche uses different back musicians for each show. Billy proposes to play with native musicians of every town Rockeluche passes. "Make it Die (Applauded Losers)" was the first track released and paved the way for Rockeluche in the music scene of its hometown, and has now been remixed and inserted in the new EP titled "1", released in August/2015. The EP features seven curios tracks, the first and the last specially designed to be species of introduction and closing, both taken by a psychedelic air. "Forest Walls" was the track chosen to be the first single and earned a psychedelic music video directed by Billy, with a very unusual script and starred by Grazi Freitas with co-production of Lucas Monte.
