Little Biography & Other Information

Muffled beats, unusual instruments, New Wave synthesizers and tempo

changing are just some of the ingredients used by Rockeluche, an alternative rock
band founded by musician Billy Monteiro in Belem (Amazon, Brazil) in 2013.
The project, which emerged as a home-recording side project, seeks to bring
different feelings for those who listen to it, going sometimes from an organic sound to
an electronic one
In the early days the concerts was played only by Billy, who sang, played
guitar and used his electronic equipments. Nowadays, Rockeluche uses different
back musicians for each show. Billy proposes to play with native musicians of every
town Rockeluche passes.
"Make it Die (Applauded Losers)" was the first track released and paved the
way for Rockeluche in the music scene of its hometown, and has now been remixed
and inserted in the new EP titled "1", released in August/2015.
The EP features seven curios tracks, the first and the last specially designed
to be species of introduction and closing, both taken by a psychedelic air.
"Forest Walls" was the track chosen to be the first single and earned a
psychedelic music video directed by Billy, with a very unusual script and starred by
Grazi Freitas with co-production of Lucas Monte.
