41 090 NOTERMS AND CONDITIONS
1, Your appointment in the CATSKILL is for RGGVY, Indore project only, it may be extended or
changed and will be communicated to you in written format by company.
2, Your services would be governed by the Company’s Rules and Regulations in force currently
and the Code of Business Conduct as applicable from time to time, The employees are governed
by the applicable Labour / Industrial legislations and the respective abstracts thereof chall be
displayed on the Notice Board for your information. The facilities, amenities and benefits
provided to employees in excess of the statutory requirements do not form a part of the
conditions of service and are subject to change or be reduced at the discretion of the
Management.
3. Your appointment is subject to your being declared medically fit by a Registered Medical
Practitioner. You will be required to submit a certificate of fitness at the time of joining indicating
that () you have no medical restriction on the nature of work you can perform (ii) you have no
ailments or disabilities which could be a safety hazard in manufacturing set-up (ii) you have no
major communicable diseases.
4, The increments in your grade will not be automatic and will be subject to your performance and
conduct being found satisfactory by the Management.
5. During the period of employment with the Company you shall not engage in any other
profession or business, publish any articles or deliver any talk pertaining to your profession or be
associated with any organization pertaining, to your profession, without the written consent of
the Company.
6. You may need to ied period if
involved in any special project / training during course of your employment in India and or
Abroad.
7. You are liable to be transferred to any of the Company's Establishment which may be set-up in
any part of the country. On your transfer, you will be governed by the Company's Rules and
Regulations applicable to the Establishment and follow the working hours/ days followed there.

8. Leaves & Holidays: You will be entitled to Leaves as per the Leave Policy. Leave year will be
April to March of every year.
9. Initially your probation period will be for six months from your joining date and it can be
extended if Management thinks so.lf on probation, your services will be confirmed in the
‘Company's employment by separate letter, based on the performance and conduct. During the
probation period your services may be dispensed with by a written notice of 15 days or payment
in lieu thereof without assigning any reason. You can leave the Company's services during the
probation period by giving a written notice of one month. Subsequent to confirmation, you need
to give ONE month's notice or pay in lieu thereof.
10.You shall, at all times, maintain complete secrecy about the Company’s business affairs,
inventions, techniques and processes of manufacturing and management and the like which may
come to your knowledge during your employment.
11.You shall maintain and render an account of all such Company properties and equipment
entrusted to you and shall be liable for the same.
12. You are required to undergo medical examination as and when required by the Management.13.You need to submit the Xerox copies of the following documents along with the original for
verification and return.
13:1 Proof of the Age.
132 All Educational Certificates starting from 10% Standard.
13.3 Medical Fitness Certificate from the M.D. Practitioner to work in Engineering Industries
and blood group report.
134 Employment Certificate and releasing letter from previous employer.
135 Four Colored Pass-Port size Photographs.
14, You are required to keep the Company informed of any change pertaining to any of the
declaration made by you at the time of your appointment.
15.During the course of your employment with our organization you will have access to
“Confidential information” & proprietary information” related to this company, our Principle as
well as of our valued customers when you visit their premises for developing business. You
hereby agree & covenant to protect, preserve and do not disclose such Confidential & Proprietary
information of our Company, Principle and the customers to any third party. You shall undertake
to hold the confidential & proprietary information in strict confidence and not to copy,
reproduce, sell, assign, license, market, transfer or otherwise dispose of, give or disclose,
disseminate, leak, publish or otherwise provide, either orally or in written manner such
information to any third party or use such information for any purpose whatsoever except under
requisition of compulsory legal requisition. You acknowledge and agree that the Company
would suffer irreparable harm in the event that you breach its obligation under this clause and
that monetary damages would be inadequate to compensate Company for such breach. You also
agree that in such circumstances, company shall be entitled in addition to such monetary relief or
other applicable remedies, to injunctive or other equitable relief as may be necessary to restrain
any continuing or further breach by you, without showing or proving any actual damage
sustained by the Company. You hereby unconditionally waive the right to contest such injunctive
or other equitable relief in the Courts of Law. All the information acquired by employee from the
Organization will be & remain the exclusive property of Company.
16.On the ground of loss of confidence of management (i.e, dishonest and criminal behavior, moral
turpitude, theft, sexual harassment and not in commitment with general rules of prudent and
commercial practices etc.) your services can be terminated with immediate effect, without
ning any reason/s and compensation and the management discretion shall be final and
binding on you.
