Rule 50 stands amended w.ef. 01.01.2017 whereby the wage limit for coverage of an employee under sub-clause (b) of clause (9) of sub section 2 of the - Act shall be Twenty one thousand rupees a month. (1) These rales may be called the Employees’ State Insurance (Central) Third Amendment Rules, 2016. (2) They shall come into force from 1" day of January, 2017, 2. In the Employees’ State Insurance (Central) Rules, 1950, in rule $0, for the words “fifteen thousand *upees” occurring at both the places, the words “twenty one thousand rupees” shall be substitute, (F.
