Initial names for my magazineIndie Rock Focus This name would work well as it clearly conveys the

genre of the magazine, however the length of the title would be negative
as it wouldnt be catchy and easy to remember.
Repeater this would be a good name for my magazine as a repeater is
used to strengthen a signal, therefore the name repeater would symbolize
the strengthening of the readers connection to the music genre of indie
rock, although it does not clearly convey the genre I could instead convey
genre through visual codes and conventions on my cover and throughout
my magazine
IR this would simply be an acronym of Indie Rock so would clearly
show the genre but lacks imagination
Electricity this would be a lively name for my magazine, however could
easily be confused with the normal rock genre as electric guitars are a
staple of this genre.
I have decided to choose repeater as my magazine name as it is catchy
and provides a link to the purpose of the magazine
