RE: OUTCOME OF MEETING WITH RESIDENTS AFFECTED BY MUTUNGO-NAKABUGO
ROAD
After a consultative meeting with the residents on Mutungo-Nakabugo Road ( the
road you gave us) this is what they had to say;
1. That you had earlier in a meeting promised to send a surveyor to measure
the demarcations of the road but this was not done
2. The 24 ft was too much so they pray that this should be reduced to make a
reasonable road that doesnt damage properties of the people by the wayside
3. When the grader was brought, it was biased to one side yet both sides were
equally responsible to this road
With those issues above, we request those concerned to first of all come down to
ground and talk with the residents and also
