ORDER
Consequent upon consideration of the above mentioned documents, the
undersigned has found Mr. Muhammad Ayub, Security Guard, as un-willing and
in-efficient employee in this case. I Dy. Manager (Security) LESCO, being
competent Authority under section -3 of Pakistan WAPDA Employees
(Retirement) Rules, 1979, order as under.
He is Compulsory retired from service with immediate effect.
Note:

Prescribed time limit for submitting appeal under rule-09 of

Removal from Service (Special Power) Ordinance-2000 is
15-days from the date of communication of penalty order.
