1. Multimedia

Create 2 different storyboards & Scripts for prepublicity and post publicity
video
Members to split into the respective teams:

- Videographer

2. Design
Student in-charge to oversee discussion, production & assigning roles and
responsibilities.
Members is to:

Design the acceptance card, posters and sandwich boards for the campaign
Members is to conceptualize on the design concept, colour scheme & copy of
the poster.

3. Social media
Student in-charge to oversee discussion, production & assigning roles and
responsibilities.
Members is to:

Create social media posts for pre- and post-publicity as well as live twitting on
site
- Platforms that will be covered includes Instagram, Twitter and
Facebook
Members is to craft original social media posts and to create a social media
schedule.

4. Logistics & Volunteer management

Volunteer position map
volunteer database

Site map

Complete relevant permits and licenses

Set up booth
Set up and pack up run sheet

5. Outreach

Reach out to the various companies and to get them to fill up the cards
