Instruction:
1. Begin by showing students work by Andy Goldsworthy. Explain that he creates art using
natural objects that are found in nature.
2. Let students watch part of Andy Goldsworthy video on you tube that shows his art. Have
students describe materials that he has used and what makes his art unique.
3. Ask students, Does his art last forever? How are we still able to see his art today even though
he used natural objects?
4. If a student says photography, congratulate them and explaint hat today we will be using
natural objects found outside to create our own version of Andy Goldsworthy art.
5. When we complete our projects students will use an Ipad to take a photograph using the
camera or will create Pic Collage of their art.
