LETTER OF CREDENTIALS

In the name of the Government of States of Republic of Costarica, the undersigned, Luis
Guillermo Sols, appoint:

Representative:
Bryan Gusti Pitoyo, Deputy Secretary of Republic of Costarica
To represent the Government of Costarica at the World Trade Organization to be held on 21 of
December 2016 in Purwokerto, Central Java
The said Representative are fully authorized to take part in the meeting, to transact all such
matters as may pertain to its work, to vote with the other representatives in accordance with
the agreed procedures, and to adopt amendments to the Annexes to the Agreement and
resolutions and recommendations on substantive topics, including financial matters.
