Client information note Using your LRQA Quality Management System approval mark with the KAN Accreditation Mark Congratulations on your LRQA approval. To help you to make the most of your achievement, we would ike to give you Quidelines on how and when you can use your approval mark ‘This mark shows that we have approved your company's Quality Management System under the terms set out under Komite Akreditasi Nasional (KAN) accreditation Using the mark You can use this mark on your advertising, publicity literature and stationery. Wording KAN should be Switzeriand Black Italic (ont size 149.49) Under wording KAN should be written with Komite Akreditasi Nasional (Switzerland black with font size 37.546) The size of KAN wording should have ‘© Ratio block width : length of block = 38cm: 11 cm. thickness of word = 1.2 cm Thick symbol ‘© Thickness of thick symbol at left side : 08 cm ‘+ Thickness of thick symbol at right side (sharp at edge) : 0.7 cm straight line from above comer point ‘+ Length of under line on right side 5.2.cm ‘© Length of upper line at right side {from corner point): 4.2 cm. © Length of underline at let side ; 25cm + Length of upper line at let side: 2.5 ‘+ Width of underline thick symbol: 0.6.cm ‘+ Length of under line thick symbol 33cm ‘+ Symbol check angle: upper: 80 degree and lower: 70 degree Size of Wording Komite Akreditasi Nasional © Width : length = 1 em: 15.5 cm * Under ine space below check symbol and KAN word: 0.5 cm, KAN colour logo ‘+ KAN: Light blue TC No 345 or 355. ‘+ KOMITE AKREDITASI NASIONAL: white black 40 * Check symbol: Red TC no 155 or 156. the wording of Lembaga Sertifikasi Sistem Mutu LSSM-031- ISDN: Black TC no 540 + Logo size = width : length = 5.3 cm and 15.5 em The KAN logo which may be increased proportionally for larger paper sizes. In exceptional circumstances, the size may be reduced, for example, for reasons of space limitations, or cost, but the marks shall remain legible, with no infling. You can oniy reproduce this mark in one colour; this should be the predominant ink colour of the document or letterhead, it can only be used in a set configuration as shown below. Misuse of the mark The mark relates to the approval of your duality management system. So it can’t be Used on any document or packaging that, may imply that LRQA has approved the product or service. The mark must only be used in relation to those aspects of your company's product or services covered by the scope of your approval, and in relation to the locations referenced on your certificate. You can’t use the KAN mark independently of the LRQA mark, Correct use of the mark is a contractual obligation, Therefore, careless or knowing misuse of the rark, or if no action is taken by a customer after attention is drawn to innocent misuse, can be grounds for withdrawal of the LRQA certificate. LRQA monitors the use of the mark during surveillance and certificate renewal visits If your company’s approval is withdrawn, you must stop using the mark and withdraw any material carrying it. Continued use of the mark in such circumstances will result in legal action being taken by LRQA.
