Please note the following:


Exams will be two class periods in length. Students will not be dismissed until the end of each testing period.
All classes will meet as usual on Friday, January 20th during periods one through five. Students will then
report to their Block 7 Exam for the last two periods of the day.
Tardy students will only be admitted to exams with administrative approval.
A Connect Ed message will be sent home during the week of January 16, emphasizing the importance of ontime attendance at mid-year exams
Make-up exams will be given only for two reasons: 1) illness documented by physician; 2) legal reasons
documented by courts.
Teachers may not authorize make up examinations on their own. Please email all requests for make- up
examinations to Mr. Frank for ALL students. They may be given after school based upon the teachers
availability. All exams should be made up by the time Term 2 grades are due.
Students should be present only for their exams on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Students who report to school when they do not have an exam scheduled must report to the Library Media
Center to study for their exams.
One lunch will be served for students in Grades 9-12 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 11:05.
Exams will be postponed as necessary if school is cancelled due to inclement weather. The sequence of exams
will remain the same. The dates will move forward the appropriate number of days.
Thursday, January 26th is the first day of Term 3 and a full day of classes.
All students including seniors must take final exams for year courses. The Senior exemption policy only
refers to full year courses.
Grades must be entered in I-Pass by 7:00 A.M., Monday, January 30.
Just a reminder that the three half days during exams are full days for all staff with the usual thirty minute lunch. If you
