Script:

1. Eva: (taps fingernails on table then crushes

cigarette butt in ashtray. She then takes a sip of
her water leaving a lipstick stain on the glass and
puts the glass down)
2. Tommy: (paces the room with his hat low over his
face)
3. Tommy: (hands on desk leaning forward) stop
trying to protect him (calm)
4. Eva: (looks up at detective) is he alive? (hopeful)
5. Eva: (stands up and slams hands on table
maintaining eye contact with Tommy) For gods
sake is he alive?! (aggressively)
6. Tommy: I know you know! where is he hiding?!
(aggressively)
7. Eva: (sits back down and crosses arms and shrugs)
who knows (smugly)
