hair and clothes pulled back, goggles and apron
worn properly/Put your lab group number with
your initials on the front board, indicating your lab
group is in compliance with safety

paper towels (2nd block)

Read procedure instructions for the

dissectors/Direct dissecting: make sure each group
member gets a chance to dissect; keep group on
task; be aware of time

Compose the technical journal for the lab report

day during the dissection. The easiest way to do

Clean up Lab Roles

Put cat back into bag, close the bag with clamps,
put into second bag and close it with paper clips;
put it back into the tan tub and leave it on top of
your lab station

Clean dissecting tray with paper towels used to

line tray, discard these and any tissue pieces, and
then bring tray to me to be rinsed

Clean and dry dissecting instruments and lay

them out on your paper towel lined dissecting
tray; put green tray under your lab station and
empty water from plastic containers (4th block
only)
