December 21st, 2016: Titans conducted Personality Assessment activity for the batch
2016-18.
Titans The HR Club at GHS-IMR organised an activity on Personality assessment for the
batch 2016-18 in which students were made aware off with their specific personality types.
The activity started with the welcoming of the Chief Guest Mr. Amit Goyal, Head-HR at
India Thermit Corporation Ltd. Kanpur, followed by the introductory session of Titans Club
by Ms. Shubhi Saxena, President of the Club in which she deliberately shared the past
activities conducted under Titans club since its inception. She also introduced the present
Titans club members to the audience. Soon after the introduction of the Titans club
members, the activity was graced by the distribution of badges to the office bearers of the
Titans Club by the Chief Guest. Later, office bearers of the club took the Titans pledge.
After the introductory session, Ms. Kritika Puri and Mr. Deepak Tiwari took a session on the
personality assessment test, explaining the process, purpose and the advantages to identify the
key traits of oneself to become an effective future manager. Few of the students shared their
views and said the activity was very fruitful in judging their key personality traits and their
areas of strengths and weaknesses to work upon & to give a new shape to their personalities.
The activity ended with the distribution of the HR Summit HumanOurce 2016 certificates to
the members of the organising committee of the HR Summit by the Chief Facilitator Dr.
Monika Srivastava and Mr. Amit Goyal, followed by vote of thanks by Dr. Monika
Srivastava.
