All employees of the University of Lahore (all campuses) are directed to submit completed self-evaluation forms relevant to their employment to their head of department on or before Friday, 23 December, 2016. Forms submitted after this date will not be considered in the evaluation of their annual increment. ‘The HOD must forward the received forms with their comments to their respective Dean/Principals by 30" December. The Deans/Principals must forward these to the Rector’s Office on or before January 6, 2017 The members of the administrative staff not falling under the academic departments shall forward the ‘completed non-academic assessment form to the HR department not later than 23, December 2016.
