Providing and Alluminium Composite panel of ALSTRONG or equivalent brand with approved
shade of 4 mm thick, The Composite panel should be made of 4mm thick 100 % virgin poly thene
core of LPDE sandwitched between two skins of Alluminium sheet of which one side is having
tthree layers of PVDF coating with Kyanar 500 paint to ensure the superior corrosion resistance
and weatherability and the other side is service coated with Epoxy paint ( Grey ). The ashesive
used DUBOND for bonding the two skins which can take 8 to 9 Kg. of weight to seperate . This
includings structural frames for fixing and finishing etc. complete. including providing necessary
lettering on paneling as directed by engineer in charge.
