Accessing SSR Computer, CAISIs and Juniper Secured Gateway

To configure the Juniper Secured Gateway, connect it to the SSR computer via serial cable. Log into the
computer utilizing username caisiadmin and BS_69dlw@@12345 if its been reimaged or
CutMeinfor10%! If its known to be utilizing a non-default password.
Click on the CAISI Admin software to log in, if prompted to create a password, utilize CutMeinfor10%!!, it
has to be 15 characters long with 2 caps, 2 lower, 2 symbols and 2 numbers. If it simply asks to type in
password, it means someone has used it before. Utilize CutMeinfor10%!! To log in.
Click on device wizard in devices tab and fill in the information as required. We are utilizing caisigateway1
as the default hostname for the secured gateway. The IP,Subnet,DNS,Gateway are provided by the VSAT,
these are used as its own public IP address. The private addresses are generated automatically and
include static IPs (192.168.254.5-192.168.254.99), DCHP (192.168.254.100-192.168.254.199) and the
gateway will be 192.168.254.1. Continue clicking next till the computer has finished the process of
creating the device, then you can load the data into the secured gateway through the serial port.
Connect a lan cable from the secured gateway to the CAISI and log in using the SSR computer by
accessing a web browser and typing in 192.168.254.254 if the caisi is in factory default settings or
192.168.254.200 if the CAISI has been auto configured. In any case, if either do not work, press both
switch buttons in the front of the CAISI until the left side status LEDs are solid green. This will return the
system to its factory default settings. Log into the CAISI utilizing username csscaisi and default
password admin. If the CAISI isnt in factory default settings, utilize CutMeinfor10%!!
Once logged in, press autoconfigure in the CAISI. This will generate a SSID for both radio signals, it will
generate a password and change the default IP address for the system to be 192.168.254.200. Copy the
data given by the caisi into a text file and save it, log into the system utilizing the new information and
change the password to CutMeinfor10%!!. Also you may switch the SSID into something more
manageable. The password for the wireless connection we will be utilizing is 1234567890 times 6
followed by ABC. This easier to remember than what the system generates as they HAVE to be 63 digit
long.
The SSID used for AP is hidden, remember that the computer has to manually add the network utilizing
the provided SSID, WPA2 Personal, and its password. The secure gateway deals with DHCP for the
network, it will assign IPs from within the range mentioned above .100 - .199.
