MAKE UP LESSON POLICY

Private Lessons
Students enrolling before December 31st, 2016:
eligible for 2 missed lessons per school year.
Any additional missed lessons beyond the first 2, regardless of notification,
will be charged.
Enrollment after January 1st, 2017:
Students are eligible 1 missed lesson per school year.
These lessons are deducted from the price when you enroll so if you miss,
no make-up is required.
There are no make-up lessons for any missed lessons
during the 4 week TRIAL period .
If the teacher misses a lesson, there will be either a make-up lesson,
or credit given for the absence
Group Lessons
There is no make-up lesson for group students. If the teacher is absent then he/she
is not required to do an extra class as long as all the material is covered
within the school term.
Students who miss a lesson are welcome to attend another class of the same
level on a different day as a makeup.
