REFUND OF FEES Request for cancellation of admission and refund of fees may be considered as per the following norms. + The candidates can fil the refund requests online through our website http:/admissions@karunya.edu until the due date. ‘+ The candidates should take a print out of the filed in form, signin relevant places (to be signed by the candidate and parent | quardian) and submit by the Registered post to the Admissions Officer along with the downloaded receipts so as to reach him before the deadline, > wa karunya.ed ©‘+ The refund requests cannot be filled online after the due date. They are not permitted to use their own vehicles (two wheelers four wheelers) to attend the classes. ‘+ Hostel accommodation is not available at present for the students who pursue theit education at Karunya School of Management, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore except MBA). They need to arrange for their own accommodation. 15. DISCONTINUANCE/ WITHDRAWAL FROM THE COURSE + Acandidate who desires to eave the Institution after joining the course willhave to submit a'No dues’ certificate issued by the Deputy Registrar (Students Affairs). This should be accompanied by the application of withdrawal duly approved by the Registrar. from the University ) wankarunya.eda + Ifacandidate wishes to withdraw the course before completion, he / she has to pay the fees for the remaining years to the University (as per the approved University fee structure) to get back his /her academic documents and transfer certificate+ The original certificates will be returned to him / her only on the production of ‘No dues’ certificate inthe prescribed form and the payment ofthe prescribed fees as per the norms ofthe University. + The candidates who leave the University after the commencement of classes will not receive any refund of money. 16. GENERAL DISCIPLINE + Every studentis required to adhere strictly to the code of conduct of the University pay the requisite fees by the due dates, attend their classes regularly and abide by the rules and regulations of the University.
