Check Point before Trial Run ‘Is the lubricant properly replenished? “Are not there loosening in bolt and nut? ‘Is the wiring correct? If there is a problem, you should repair properly it. 4—2. Process of Trial Run (1) First of all, operate the rotor in slightly, and check direction of the rotation. A correct direction of the rotation is a left rotation in view of the sprocket side. If it is wrong, wire correctly again. (2) If the direction of the rotation is correct, begin Trial Run.4-3. Check Point under Trial Run After the check, operate trial run di ing one hour. When any abnormality is found during the Daily Inspection, take corrective measures listed in “Troubleshooting”.6—2, Periodic Inspection It is necessary to make Periodic Inspection of the following point in the cycle of once or more in six months. ‘Is there abrasion or damage in the case, the rotor or the shaft ? ‘Is there abrasion or damage in the ground packing ? ‘Is there abrasion or damage in the chain or the sprocket ? Lubrication Lubricate to this machine correctly according to the “Lubricant List” and “Maintenance Manual of Motor”.7—2. Adjustment and Exchange of Parts ‘The following tables are shown the work that a customer can do without disassembly this machine. The work must be carried out by a specialist. Because this machine should be disassembled and assembled at special factory.
