To prevent tumble, the ankle-foot orthosis are commonly used for the patient of peroneal neuropathy of cause unknown in Western medicine, From Traditional Chinese medicine's point of vie drop foot belongs to “leg flaccidty” In this article, a case of drop foot received acupuncture treatment, The acupuncture points used were $T36, GB34, Jianxia, SP6, and LR3, Among these acupuncture points, ST36 and Jianxia were strengthened with electrostimulation, For this case, acupuncture treatment was effective.
