1. Apologies for Absence

Action by

Apologies were accepted from Khairul who was having a lecture.

2. Minutes of Last Meeting
The Chairperson asked the engineers to develop new strategies to
reduce the electrical energy. The engineers need decided type of lights
to be used around the factory circumstances. The minutes were
approved and signed as a true record.

3. Matters Arising
The chairperson informed the engineers that they have to give ideas
about the type of lights to be used around the factory circumstances.
