Salmon with Tonga Sauce

4 salmon steaks or filets


Olive oil
cup orange marmalade
1 T Horseradish
Salt and pepper

Place nonstick grill pan on stove and sprinkle with olive oil.
Turn on medium heat and place salmon on the pan and grill for 5 minutes on each
side.
Put marmalade and horseradish in a small microwave safe bowl and warm in
microwave.
Pour mixture on a plate and place salmon on mixture and Enjoy!
