have not been debarred from registration to the next semester by any Ofce Order issued by competent authority of the institute and also
no case of unfair means/disciplinary action is pending against me.

I am fully aware that my registration to the academic session 2016-17 (2) is purely provisional and If at later stage on account of upgradation of missing grades / grade change in ERP, I am found to be ineligible for promotion to next semester, my registration will be
deemed cancelled.

I again afrm that my registration to the 2016-17 (2) is subject to the fulllment of the academic requirements regarding SGPA / CGPA as
laid down in the Rules & Regulations, for promotion to the next semester

I also conrm that I have thoroughly gone through the time table posted on the departmental notice boards in respect of all my registered
subjects and hereby certify that there is no clash of time table for any of the registered subjects. If at later stage it is found to be incorrect, I
would be solely responsible for any consequences arising out of it.
