Dear Parents,

Important Dates For PT3 2016

With reference to the above, kindly take note of the dates of assessment. We
seek your cooperation to ensure that your child be in school on those dates
in the attached schedule and does not miss out on any of the assessments.
Please take note that should your child miss any of the assessments, there will
be no re-sits /replacements as PT3 is one-off in nature.
For the multiple instrument assessments (Sejarah & Geografi), the students
must be in their respective classes to carry out the instruments. They are given
eight periods to finish their projects. Only pieces of work handed in during the
eight periods will be scored.
As for the written tests scheduled to take place from 10-12 October, students
are required to be in school from 7.30 am-1.10 pm. However, on 12 October
2016 (Wednesday), students who do not take Pendidikan Islam will be released
at around 10.30am after the KHB paper. Those taking Pendidikan Islam will be
released at around 1.10pm. Should a child be absent from the tests, there will
be no results for him or her.
There will be a PT3 briefing for parents on the 17 June 2016, Friday (ParentTeacher Day) in school. You are strongly advised to attend the briefing to obtain
relevant information on PT3. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to
