Billboard Expectations

What is a Billboard?
To most people it is called a bulletin board, but here at Clemson, we refer to them as Billboards!

Expectations

Each RA is responsible for both billboards on their floor in their residence halls.
Billboards can be the same for each side of the halls
Smaller billboards can be used for fliers, as long as it current information.

Each building is responsible for the lobby billboard.

Create a rotating schedule among all RAs in the building. Submit schedule to CD and GCD by
the end of the first month of the semester (End of August or End of January)
Billboards must be changed at least twice and academic year if it is not being used as a flier
board

Billboards are due on the first Monday of every month.

A picture of the billboard must be submitted to the Google Drive by the first Wednesday of
every month.

Your theme needs to connect to Residential Experience Model outcomes.

Refer to REM document on the drive for more information.
