Please note the following comments, for incorporation and resubmission. 1. Chapter 1, Page 1-4: LV side fuse/MCCB /MCB shall be coordinated with O/C & E/F protection. Thermal OL settings shall be clarified in detail and necessary supporting document shall be produced from Manufacturer. 2. Chapter 2 and 3, Page 1: a) Page 2: Breaker operating time shall be verified and accordingly grading time shall be ensured. b) All fault scenarios shall be verified with all possible operating condition. 3. Chapter 4, page 1: Clarification with relevant document required for remote end settings changes including relevant network impact. 4, NOP shall be verified as per the network arrangement and accordingly, protection model shall be prepared, 5. Overall diagram with connection arrangement shall be submitted. 6. The entire relay setting calculation soft copy native files such as ETAP, Auto CAD, MS office, ete. shall be submitted including hard copy. 7. Relay setting adaptation shall be done in presence of AADC. 8. Relay settings file from all relay shall be submitted, including necessary software and communication cable. 9. Any settings adjustment at site shall be notified to AADC and accordingly revised document shall be submitted for approval. 10. Any scheme/drawing modification shall be done, after only approval by concerned Section (T&PS). 11. Fault calculation shall consider up to LV i.e. 0.415 kV with L-G, L-L, L-L-L, L- L-G and L-L-L-G faults and setting calculation shall be updated accordingly.
