Institutional Setup

Municipalities or regencies have to determine the institutional setup for


MSW management
MSW management is one of the tasks related to Public Works and
Housing
Municipalities or regencies have the tasks to perform the regulationassistanceship-construction-operation-maintenance-monitoringevaluation
Central government does not have the authority for the construction of
MSW infrastructures, but only able to provide as the stimulant, to be
further replicated by municipalities/regencies
