Moreover, they will be able to ask when their birthday is and ask their friends when their birthdays are. Instructional Materials & Media (ASSURE (Select Strategies, Technology, Media and Materials) ) Image, Video, Handouts Learning- Teaching Method (ASSURE (Select Strategies, Technology, Media and Materials) ) Presentation, Tutorial, Communicative Language Teaching Teaching Activities (ASSURE (Utilize Technology, Media, Materials and Require Learners Participation) ) 1- Showing pictures related to the months by using concept map 2- The video related to the months names is shown 3- Handouts in which there are dialogues with uncompleted sentences 4- The students are wanted to choose a partner and communicate with her/him, and ask her/his birthday date. Finally, according to the responses they get, they should fill in the blanks in the dialogue. This activity will be used to develop the students communicative skills. Individual Learning Activities: Handouts Group Learning Activities: Colorful charts Concept maps Summary The content of lesson starts with images, maps related to the months by using concept maps and charts. Then, the students will watch a video to learn the names of months. After that, the students will be given handouts which include dialogues with uncompleted sentences. At the end of the lesson, the students are supposed to communicate with their friends and complete the dialogues with the proper months names.
