When I was introduced to your company, I became very intrigued about the opportunity of being
able to work there. I will soon be graduated from Tawas Area High School with a high school
diploma. Now in pursuit of gaining a career in the graphic design field, which is what degree I
plan to obtain at Oakland University.
While trying to obtain a degree in graphic design, I have already become familiarized with the
help of my job and a class at school. While studying a Oakland University, I plan to become
more prepared with working for you. With the help of my professors, I should be able to create a
better understanding of the techniques that come with graphic design and how to perfect it in my
own way. At my current job, I have become more familiar with how designs for shirts and signs
work. Also, how to arrange them on the SignLab Vinyl Software so that they look the
representable. There is also a class that I am currently taking at school that is called Computer
Graphics. In that class, I have become more familiar with the software Photoshop. With that
class, I have also been able to discover what typography is and how to use it properly. By
having these experiences and techniques, I feel more prepared for the proper position.
