I would like to recommend Andrew Volk as a candidate for your organization. As a student in
my classroom, Andrew is humorous, a strong team player, and an effective communicator .
These characteristics are highly necessary in order to be a successful throughout lifes
endeavours.
As a current and past student in my classroom, Andrew has always maintained a smile on his
face. His humorous approach to life is uplifting, which is greatly needed, especially in group
settings. When given the responsibility to work on a team, Andrew ensures he completes the
assignment, but also, ensures his group is having fun. This type of skill can be refreshing,
especially when groups are faced with some difficult decisions. While work on these teams,
Andrew has exemplified a strong understanding of what it means to work together. Meaning,
Andrew takes time to contribute his portion of the assignment in order to create high quality
work. While doing this, one could witness Andrew answering and asking appropriate questions
of his team to ensure success, which leads to one of Andrews strongest strengths. He has a
strong ability to communicate his concerns and issues with work or individuals. This is a
necessary skill to have, especially when faced with challenging concepts. I assure you Andrew
will be one of those individuals to ask for clarification, before making a big choice on a project
or assigned task.
I have enjoyed the chance to work with Andrew this past year at Tawas. He is a pleasure to have
