I would like to recommend Dalton Keys as a candidate for your organization. As a student in my
classroom, Dalton exhibits a strong work ethic, effective teamwork skills, and the drive to
succeed. These characteristics are highly necessary in order to be a successful throughout lifes
endeavours.
As a current student in my classroom, I have been impressed with Daltons willingness to
complete the given work. When assigned a task, Dalton has been more than motivated to
complete the assignment. This proves that when he is given an assignment in the future, he will
be more than willing to accept the job. Not only is Dalton motivated toward this work, but he is
always determined to succeed on the skill. This means Dalton puts in his best effort in order to
achieve his goals. His strong desire to be successful is a driving force in his performance. As a
result, Dalton typically outperforms many of his peers on assignments and tests. Not only is
Dalton highly successful independently, but he is also able to achieve appropriate goals, when
asked to work on a team. Dalton is able to work well with others in any situation due to his
constructive criticism and his contribution skills. I have witnessed Dalton more than willing to
add his thoughts and opinions on assignments that require group effort. I know Dalton would be
a highly qualified candidate for any position he chose to apply to due to his inherent need to be
the best student and person he can be. Any company would be lucky to have Dalton as a part of
their team.
I have enjoyed the chance to work with Dalton this past year at Tawas. He is a pleasure to have
