I have an excellent understanding of Communication and Customer service skills. I
have been operating my own personal business for two years while still attending the
Iresa Tech Center for one year on Culinary Arts Cooking Managment. While there I was
in charge of the Kitchen Manager and helping first year students succeed in culinary
fundamentals. I have also learned basic sanitation skills which have also helped me in
my own small business. As my resume indicates, I have a strong commitment and a
sense of professionalism as I achieved perfect attendance for one year at both schools.
I feel enthusiasm, problem solving abilities, along with my culinary skills would be an
additional asset to your company and apprentice program.
