GOD'S NOT DEAD

For thousands of years, religion has been the source of conflict. Religion has triggered the many
wars for example the wars against the Christian and the Muslims, they have been fighting for many years
just to prove who is the real God. So in our present times, many has stop believing in a God and be an
atheist. From the
In the movie God's Not Dead, A freshman who is a Christian tried to challenge the belief of his
philosophy professor who is an Atheist that God is Dead. What amazed be about this movie is that it does
not only focus on the Freshman's battle against the professor but also to different characters in the movie
such as the Muslim girl who secretly believes that Jesus Christ is the real one true god. Another character
is the Chinese guy who's family doesn't believe that a God exist, but the one who made the stand against
the professor, Josh Wheaton, made a difference. The lives of the three characters intertwined and
strengthened their belief in Jesus Christ as the one true God. The plot is the one that makes this movie
unique and separate it from other religious movies out there. It may only be a movie, but I'm sure that it
has touched so many lives and change other peoples perspective on how they see Jesus Christ as God.
Pastor Dave who is encouraged throughout by his visiting missionary friend. Dave wants to be
on the front lines like the missionary, but he doesn't realize that he is playing a pivotal role in the whole
tapestry of stories. He has no idea how God is using him at key decision points in people's lives. This
was a very important part of the movie for me. It encouraged me greatly to get a God's eye view of
circumstances perfectly orchestrated. I know it is just a movie, but I would be so pleased if I am having a
positive impact no matter how small.
I have come up with a realization, that it does not matter what religion we believe in and Who's
our God, but we need to respect each others beliefs wherein we do not take away their freedom on
choosing what they believe in and respecting their beliefs. We should always try to do good things to
other people regardless of their race and religion. This things should not hinder us from doing good things
to others, but instead be a reminder that a GOD exist and created all of us.
