This is in connection with your unpaid rentals covering the period of September to
October 2015 in the total amount of P24,000.00 being referred to me by Mr. X, the owner
of the residential unit that you are occupying located at Dagat-Dagatan, Caloocan City.
Repeated oral and written demands were made upon you by my client to update your
rental arrearages in violation of the lease agreement, but you failed and refused to pay
the same to the damage and prejudice of my client.
Accordingly, this FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to pay the amount of
P24,000.00 directly to my client within FIFTEEN (15) days from receipt of this letter.
Otherwise, I will be constrained to file the necessary legal action against you to protect
my client's interest without further notice.
I hope that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention to avoid the
expense and inconvenience of litigation.

Good Day.
This is in connection with your unpaid rentals covering the entire month of September
2015 in the total amount of P12,000.00.
I have made several oral demands for the payment of the said amount, yet to this day, I
have not received payment. I believe that there must have been an oversight on your
part but as your lessor, it is my duty to remind you that our agreement states that
prompt rental payment must be made on the first day of every month.
I kindly request that the outstanding balance be paid immediately and that you ensure
that all future rental payments be made in full on the due date.
I take this opportunity to advise you that unpaid arrears could result in court action being
taken against you.
If you would like to discuss this matter, please contact me urgently.
