Production Company Logo

The overall process of creating our companys logo was quite
simplistic, but highly effective in adding character to our company
and branding it successfully as a production company that
specifically produces Romance films.
Stage 1 Software

For the creation of the logo, I used a programme called Graphic

Springs, a website that allows users to create logos for any kind of
business for free.
Stage 2 Image

As our short film falls under the category of Romantic Drama, we

wanted our companys logo to reflect that. For this reason, we
decided to choose a floral image for our logo, more specifically a
red rose, as red roses connote love. However, depending of the
shade of red used, it can cause the rose to have different
connotations. The dark crimson shade that we tried to mimic for
the companys logo actually connotes mourning, which is an
explicit connection to our short film, and helps to set the tone
effectively.

We chose to use the entire name of the production company in the

logo so that it would be easier to identify with our production
company. In addition, the font we used helped the overall look of
the logo to be more professional.
Stage 4 Final Product

For the final design, we chose to give the logo a black background,
which even further ties in with the idea of mourning that is present
in our short film. It also helps the text to stand out.
