Resepi agar-agar lapis milo

Bahan-Bahan:
1 bungkus atau 25 gram agar-agar kering
6 cawan atau 1200ml air
1 tin susu cair
1 1/4 cawan gula pasir (ATAU 1 cawan jika anda suka kurang manis)
1/3 cawan serbuk milo
2 sudu besar serbuk koko
1/2 sudu teh garam halus
2 helai daun pandan
Cara Membuat :Basuh agar-agar kering. Masukkan air dan rendam selama 5 minit. Panaskan
api dan masak agar-agar sehingga cair dan tidak berketul.
Masukkan gula dan daun pandan yg dicarik dan disimpul. Apabila gula sudah
cair, masukkan susu cair dan kacau sebati.
Bahagikan cecair agar-agar kepada nisbah 3 bahagian untuk perasa milo dan
1 bahagian perasa susu.
Untuk perasa milo, masukkan serbuk milo dan serbuk koko. Kacau dengan
whisk sehingga sebati.
Tuang dalam bekas dan masukkan agar-agar milo di dalam peti ais sehingga
permukaan membeku.
Untuk bahagian susu, masukkan garam dan kacau sebati.
Cakar bahagian permukaan agar-agar milo supaya lapisan atas melekat.
Tuang bahagian susu di atas lapisan milo dan sejukkan kembali di dalam peti
ais.
Apabila beku dan sejuk sepenuhnya, potong dan hidangkan.

Mangalorean Chicken Fry Recipe


Ingredients:
Chicken - 500 grams cut into large pieces or small (your choice)
Chilli Powder - 1 tblspn or to taste
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder / Jeera Podi - 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Red Food Colouring a pinch
Egg - 1
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 3 tblspn
Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu - 3 tblspn
Lemon Juice - 2 tblspn
Oil for Deep Frying
For Grinding:
Curry Leaves - a handful
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup chopped
Mint Leaves - 1/2 cup chopped
Ginger - 5 cm piece peeled
Garlic - 10 cloves
Green Chillies - 5
Method:
Take all the grinding ingredients in a blender and make it into a coarse puree.
Now take cleaned chicken in a bowl, add in the puree, along with all ingredients given in the list except oil, maida
and rice flour.
Mix well and leave this to marinate overnight or 3 to 4 hours.
Now add in maida and rice flour and mix well.
Heat oil for deep frying and fry the chicken in batches on a low to medium heat for 15 to 20 mins.
Now increase the heat to a high and fry it for 5 to 10 mins till it turns crispy.

Drain in paper towel and serve.
