Formulating an Issue-Based Question: EE Specific

You may use one of the topics listed or you may use a subject area
and topic that you are contemplating pursuing in your Extended Essay.
One caveat: You are NOT ALLOWED TO USE FIRST PERSON in your
answers. You must focus on keeping the topic development at an
academic rather than just a personal level.
