Elwin

Chin has held various leadership roles within the worlds largest youth run
organizations - AIESEC, and worked in multiple industries such as F&B, fitness, mobile
startup and youth talent development. Completed his Bachelor of Business in Marketing &
Human Resource Management in KDU University College while his thesis addressing youth
working in multicultural team due to the relevance towards globalization.

During tenure as a young leader, his resilience is proven by how he handled countless
setbacks working in multicultural teams and international exposure despite being in his
tender age among his teammates. His adaptability to different cultures and ability to bring
out the best in people, makes him a very exciting person to work with. The excitement of
keeping on top of projects and making sure each and every component is achieved
accordingly at the same time is what he does best!

He delivered over twenty (20) conferences to youth on soft skills development (project
management, communication skills, sales, team building, goal settings) both national and
international scale namely Hong Kong and Japan to ensure the pipeline of talents within the
organization while subsequently attended regional and international conference in
Cambodia, Singapore, Thailand.

The experience of leading multiple teams has developed his professional and personal
development, and also molded him to be a better youth-leader. Among his proud moments
is being selected as an Osiris International Ambassador to represent Malaysia in the United
Nations Youth Summit in Bangkok during the IYLA 2014. Due to his outstanding
performance and work ethics in his internship, he was appointed as a director overseeing
the entire internship program of Osiris International. Today, he is currently part of one of
the fastest growing mobile startup, AllChat World not only scouting for high potential
individuals and provide them with the best real-world working experiences but also, dealing
with high net worth clients and partners.
