Position of adjectives

It is in attributive position if it comes before the noun it modifies.


All limiting adjectives are in this position.
There are two boys in the classroom.
The girls are wearing big red bows on their head.
It is in predicate adjective position if it comes after the linking
verb.
The building stands majestic in Roxas Boulevard.
The students are noisy while they are waiting for their next
period teacher.
It is in the objective complement position if it completes the
meaning of the direct object of the verb. The objective complement
functions to provide information about
the object of the verb.
She cut her hair short.
Most critics found the play obscene.
