GUIDELINES IN THE CONDUCT and SUBMISSION OF PHIL-IRI RESULTS

1. The Phil-IRI Pre-Test Administration is on July 2-6, 2012.


Please wait for the guidelines/announcements regarding Grade I under new K to 12
Curriculum
2. The deadline of submission of Phil-IRI Pre-Test Results is strictly on or before August 610, 2012. Please submit Phil-IRI Results in Hard and Softcopy.
3. For Hardcopy, please use the old format attached in this folder.
4. For soft copy, please use the provided CD last January 2011 (the latest format).
Please submit ONLY ONE (1) CD per District containing the validated Phil-IRI Results
of all schools in the District.
5. To avoid inconvenience, please check your filename like this format:
Phil-IRI_2012_School Code_PRETEST_ALL.xls
6. Please use CD-RW in the submission of PHIL-IRI Validated Forms so that if there will be
any errors e.g. Filename, Corrupted File, File Error, we will give you back the CD and
you can re-use it to replace/re-burn your file replacing the file/s with error.
7. The conduct of Phi-IRI Post Test Administration is on January 14-18, 2013 and the
deadline of submission is strictly on February 11-15, 2013.
8. Strict compliance to these guidelines is desired.
