I am a senior branch representative with Chicago Patrolmens Federal Credit Union (CPDFCU)
in Chicago, IL. I have been the direct supervisor of Allison Augustine, who was a branch
representative for almost 2 years at this location.
Allison started her career at CPDFCU with several years of experience in the financial industry
under her belt, and that knowledge was extremely helpful to our branch at the time she was
hired. She brought new, innovative ideas for processes, policies and procedures that helped our
branch be more productive and more efficient in our day-to-day operations. She also had
managerial experience, which helped me quite a bit in delegating tasks as she was always ready
to take on more responsibilities.
In addition to being a responsible and helpful employee, Allison is also a great individual on a
personal basis. She treated each member, new and existing, that she came into contact with as if
they were a member of her family, ensuring that all of their issues were taken care of before they
left the building (or would be shortly thereafter). Allison was always on time (if not early),
stayed late and made sure all work was completed before she left. She also helped her coworkers
with tasks they needed to complete, showing that she was a team player. Allison became more
than an employee to me in her time with the credit union she also became a great friend and
someone I could always rely on.
